Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner. You will manage direct accounts, develop annual sales plans, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders, negotiating pricing, and driving growth while guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above E5/PO2 or Sergeant
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
