Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global brand-owner relationships and direct accounts. You will craft and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and partner with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and negotiating pricing. Travel and relocation considerations apply as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Assess short vs long term trade-offs and communicate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
