Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Account Specialist in Westfield, IN to grow and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of commercial and residential customers nationwide. You will work on-site five days a week, partnering with sales, customer experience, and operations to deliver tailored solutions and drive retention.

You will identify upsell opportunities, negotiate agreements, and manage CRM-driven insights to support revenue growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical account sales or related roles.
• Experience in service, construction, home improvement, pool and spa, or related industries preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Able to learn and communicate technical product information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Account Growth & Revenue: Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities and drive profitability.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build partnerships, negotiate agreements, and monitor account performance.
• Customer Success & Service: Coordinate with field operations to align project requirements and expectations.
• Sales Performance & Market Analysis: Analyze sales results and market trends to meet targets.
• CRM Management & Analysis: Maintain CRM data and support teams in using CRM tools effectively.
• Industry Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
