Job summary

Paycom seeks a Strategic Account Manager (Client Relations Representative) to retain and grow existing client relationships across Paycom solutions. You will drive retention, uncover new revenue opportunities, and present value to executives.

• Bachelor's Degree required for consideration.
• Proven experience in strategic sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Ability to present to executives and build executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing client relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Identify and develop additional revenue opportunities within accounts.
• Deliver client presentations and strategic reviews with metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Transition teams for smooth client ownership.
• Travel up to 75% to meet with clients and conduct business reviews.
