Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• Ability to draft and execute collaborative sales agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales process and drive profitable growth in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with customers, field teams, and partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on complex projects and proposals.
• Ensure contract follow-up to nurture and retain customer relationships.
• Provide market insights and help shape long-term growth plans.
