Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional sales, preferably in industrial environments.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: 3+ years’ experience in welding or safety industry; 5+ years’ sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-value partnerships within the assigned territory.
• Develop a strategic plan to grow the territory through existing and new accounts.
• Serve as a consultative partner to help customers integrate Airgas solutions.
• Coordinate information across partnership lifecycle to ensure margins and growth.
• Stay informed about new products and competitive landscape.
