Job summary

Mongoose is seeking an Account Manager to renew and expand client usage of our Conversation Intelligence Platform within higher education. You’ll drive renewal and expansion opportunities by deepening client relationships and uncovering needs to achieve growth.

You will partner with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure client success, expand our footprint across departments, and manage data-driven strategies that maximize retention and value delivered.

Qualifications

• Proven success meeting renewal and expansion quotas in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across client teams.
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and renew renewals and expansions to drive revenue growth.
• Build pipeline through outbound activity and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and run quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to share updates and feedback.
• Represent Mongoose at events and conferences, travel as needed.
• Keep CRM up-to-date with renewals, upsells, and interactions.
