Job summary

Mongoose is seeking an Account Manager to own renewals and drive expansion across higher education clients. You will manage relationships, uncover client needs, and enable broader use of Mongoose solutions. Success is measured by retention, revenue expansion, and client outcomes.

You will build strong partnerships with CSMs, leverage data from HubSpot, and work with Marketing and Product to craft compelling value propositions. Travel to campuses may be required to strengthen accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS renewals and expansions.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Comfort with data-driven, metrics-focused selling and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal process and lead expansion opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline through outbound activities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to align on strategy.
• Represent the company at events and client meetings, including onsite visits as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and share insights to drive growth.
