Job summary

Mongoose is seeking an Account Manager in the U.S. to own renewals and drive expansion across higher education clients. You will manage relationships, uncover client needs, and help clients realize more value from Mongoose solutions.

You will build strategic retention plans, lead upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to remove obstacles and grow the footprint within campuses. Strong CRM and data-driven strategy are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success carrying renewal and/or expansion quota in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to build healthy pipelines and achieve high win rates.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and renew with confidence, hitting renewal and expansion quotas.
• Develop retention and growth plans with the Customer Success Manager.
• Lead upsells and cross-sells to expand footprint in client schools.
• Build and maintain strategic account plans and expansion pipelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to share updates and insights.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track client health metrics.
