Mongoose is seeking an Account Manager in Atlanta to own renewals and drive expansion across higher education accounts. You will build retention plans, grow footprints, and manage pipelines while collaborating with Customer Success and Marketing to unlock new opportunities.

Success hinges on strong relationships, data-driven decisions, and the ability to exceed targets through strategic account planning and cross-sell initiatives.

Formación

• Proven success carrying renewal/expansion quotas in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to build strategic retention and growth plans.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed renewal and expansion quotas to drive revenue.
• Lead renewals with confidence and manage expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CS to identify risks and opportunities.
• Represent Mongoose at events and travel as needed.
• Track health metrics and maintain a clean CRM with renewals and interactions.
