Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for Workplace Technologies & Services in the Chicago area.

You will build strong client relationships, prospect new business, and drive adoption of Canon hardware and software solutions through in-person meetings and virtual demos. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of related experience, with travel within the local market and autonomous time management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 0–2 years of related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B, outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across diverse businesses.
• Interest in learning new technology in a evolving industry.
• Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management.
• Capacity to travel within local market; valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and establish impactful business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prospect for new opportunities and gain market share through in-person meetings and calls.
• Assist with upgrading technology, solutions, and services for existing customers.
• Implement creative sales strategies to meet customer needs.
• Perform customer analyses and site surveys at customer locations.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and conduct product demonstrations.
