Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Phoenix to generate new business and grow existing accounts across service and installation solutions. You will target defined geographies, develop key relationships, and drive market share with a high-energy, client-focused mindset.

You will work with a dynamic team to deliver results, uphold Convergint's values, and expand opportunities across education, healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience selling electronic security solutions or similar offerings.
• Ability to identify and target new client opportunities.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Sells core security solutions for service and installation projects.
• Develops and expands Key and National Account relationships.
• Translates customer needs into detailed proposals and project plans.
• Communicates project requirements and schedules with customers and teams.
• Manages contracts, costs, delivery, and service quality.
• Mentors colleagues when needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
