Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC in Phoenix seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts across service and installation solutions. You will prospect, develop relationships within a defined geography, and nurture Key and National accounts to grow market share.

In this role you will translate customer needs into tailored proposals, manage project scopes and costs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and solution orientation.
• Ability to build and grow customer relationships.
• Experience in sales of security solutions is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and cost estimates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells core service and installation solutions to new and existing clients.
• Develops and grows Key and National Account relationships to drive market share.
• Translates customer needs into proposals and project plans.
• Manages project scopes, costs, and contract terms.
• Communicates requirements and updates to project teams and clients.
• Coaches others as needed and supports recruitment efforts.
