Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our Wichita-area team. You will cultivate new relationships, understand client needs and secure sales opportunities across security integration services, cyber, maintenance and managed solutions.

You’ll work with decision makers, build compelling proposals, present to stakeholders and drive pipeline in a fast-paced, collaborative culture. Prior sales experience and excellent communication are required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 1–3 years sales or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Account Development: selling to dedicated accounts and services to increase profitability.
• Develop Pipeline: work with decision makers to build a business case and secure a quick timeline.
• Proposal Construction: lead the team to create winning proposals with quotes and rationale.
• Presenting & Closing: present proposals to decision makers and navigate pricing objections.
