Job summary

Convergint is hiring a full-time Account Executive to cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic sales team that grows with Convergint’s expansion and culture.

In this role you will develop pipeline, lead proposal construction, and present to decision makers while collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to deliver winning solutions. A strong focus on growth and customer success is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or related field preferred.
• Ability to build customer relationships and drive revenue.
• Proven presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with assigned accounts to grow revenue.
• Identify opportunities across security integration, cyber, and managed services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling proposals.
• Lead sales pursuit teams to construct winning proposals and address objections.
• Present proposals to decision makers and navigate pricing and timing considerations.
• Develop pipeline within assigned markets, including education and healthcare sectors.
