Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical field.
• Proven sales record with a track record of growth.
• Experience in Refrigeration, HVAC or Controls Technology preferred.
• Ability to sell from traditional to consultative solutions.
• Strong communication with both technical and financial decision makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year sales territory growth and develop account plans.
• Define strategies for refrigeration customers to lower GWP refrigerants solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, supply chain).
• Manage customer profiles and opportunity funnel in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 60% for customer visits across cities.
