Copeland is seeking an OEM Account Executive for remote US operations within the Commercial Cold Chain Sales team. You will drive territory growth, manage key accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver refrigerant-focused solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, experience in refrigeration sales or related fields, strong communication with technical and financial decision makers, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical field education and experience.
• Experience in refrigeration areas: Sales, Service, Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, or Sourcing.
• Knowledge of consultative sales approaches.
• Strong communication with technical and financial decision makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year sales territory growth.
• Support strategy development and execute sales for OEM refrigeration customers to lower GWP refrigerant solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers at all customers in territory.
• Identify and define growth opportunities across Copeland controls, compression projects, and enterprise services.
• Complete accountability for delivering and maintaining territory sales for end user customers.
• Cross-sell refrigeration products to increase recurring revenue.
• Participate in forecast process and pipeline management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sourcing, purchasing, engineering, marketing teams.
• Manage customer profile, contacts, and opportunity funnel in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 30%.
