Job summary

Copeland is seeking an OEM Account Executive to drive sales growth in the US OEM refrigeration market. You will manage key accounts, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and execute strategic plans to expand our controls, compression projects, and enterprise services offerings.

This fully remote role requires strong communication with both technical and financial stakeholders and travel up to 30% to meet customers and sites. Competitive base salary plus incentives is provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or technical field education and experience required.
Prior experience in refrigeration sales, service, technical support, engineering, product management, or sourcing preferred.
Knowledge of consultative solution selling and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

Drive year over year sales territory growth.
Support strategy development and execute sales for OEM refrigeration customers to lower GWP refrigerant solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers at all customers in territory.
Identify and define sales growth opportunities across Copeland controls, compression projects, and services.
Complete accountability for delivering and maintaining territory sales related to end user customers.
Support cross‑business opportunities to increase recurring revenue.
Participate in forecast process and pipeline management.
Develop and maintain relationships with sourcing, purchasing, engineering, and marketing teams.
Manage customer profiles, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
Travel up to 30%.
