You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers through procurement cycles to build a resilient foundation for modern public safety operations.

This role emphasizes strategic account penetration, pipeline forecasting, and end-to-end RFP responses, with travel up to 50% across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales/public safety or 6+ years in sales/public safety.
• Experience selling tech to public safety agencies or governments preferred.
• Solid understanding of multi-layer government procurement cycles.

• Achieve or exceed vertical sales quota consistently and transparently.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and drive complex sales engagements.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with strong Salesforce hygiene and visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Identify relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents.
• Lead RFP responses end-to-end for government bids and RFQs.
• Collaborate with radio and telephony vendors for integrated solutions.
• Present demos of logging, analytics, and NG911 readiness.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand system revenue.
