Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety agencies. You will guide 911 centers, dispatch directors, and municipal leaders toward resilient, modern public safety operations.

Lead complex engagements, navigate procurement cycles, and collaborate with radio and telephony vendors to deliver end-to-end security solutions. Travel up to 50% within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety
• Or 6+ years in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies or municipalities preferred
• Strong understanding of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws
• Proven ability to navigate long government sales cycles (6–18 months)
