Job summary

OneStream seeks an Account Executive to drive new business growth within a defined territory. You will own prospecting, pipeline development, and closing of net-new opportunities, engaging C-level stakeholders with a consultative, value-based approach.

Responsibilities include generating pipeline, maintaining Salesforce hygiene, delivering tailored business cases, and collaborating with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Alliances to accelerate deal velocity. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• University Degree or College Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Travel up to 50% or more to meet sales objectives and company events.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition through prospecting, outbound outreach, marketing leads, and partner referrals.
• Manage pipeline and forecast with Salesforce hygiene to support data-driven decisions.
• Present tailored business cases, proposals, and SaaS agreements aligning customer objectives with OneStream’s value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Alliances to accelerate deal velocity.
• Balance new business and existing account growth to meet or exceed sales targets.
