Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to cultivate new relationships and grow our security solutions portfolio within a dynamic sales team. You will develop pipelines, present proposals, and close deals with decision makers across various markets.

The role requires 1–3 years of security sales experience, a college degree or equivalent, and strong presentation and communication skills. Salary ranges from $71,000 to $100,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

• Proactive in sourcing sales and service opportunities and managing a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across assigned markets.
• Lead proposal development and coordinate with internal teams to create winning solutions.
• Present proposals to decision makers and navigate objections to close deals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver tailored security solutions.
• Perform other duties as required.
