Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an experienced Account Management professional to lead a portfolio of strategic Consumer Interactive accounts and drive revenue growth and retention. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, conduct executive reviews, and align objectives with TransUnion solutions while coordinating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in account-related roles, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in account management, customer success, consultative sales, or relationship management.
• Experience managing commercial customer relationships.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Consumer Interactive accounts.
• Achieve revenue and retention goals through account planning and renewal management.
• Lead customer-facing business reviews and executive meetings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and drive adoption.
• Analyze account performance and maintain CRM documentation.
