Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Account Executive to master SHI’s value proposition and exceed revenue goals by developing strategic sales approaches and cultivating relationships with existing and new customers.

The role involves identifying opportunities, collaborating with internal support teams, and presenting SHI’s portfolio of solutions tailored to customer objectives. Frequent industry event participation helps maintain competitive awareness and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Travel to customer sites within dedicated territory and SHI events.
• Completion of required sales/technical certifications within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Master SHI’s value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals.
• Develop penetrating sales strategies and pricing proposals.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers and establish new ones via targeted techniques.
• Identify and create opportunities in the sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage opportunities and drive joint selling.
