Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Senior Account Executive to generate new business and grow existing accounts across service and installation solutions. You will target consultants, owners, and building managers across diverse vertical markets, translating client needs into detailed proposals and project plans.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proactive opportunity sourcing, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results and contribute to Convergint’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Sells core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects.
• Evaluates and targets potential customer opportunities within the market.
• Develops and implements sales marketing strategies to penetrate multiple vertical markets (e.g. education, health care, industrial and commercial buildings).
• Focuses on consultants, owners and building managers with the support of contractor business to develop new business clientele.
• Translates customer needs into detailed proposals and project plans to meet requirements.
