Qualifications

• Three to five years of professional experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort with Excel and PowerPoint to track activity and support proposals.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple accounts and renewals.
• Self-starter with a team-first attitude and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined book of existing customers with a focus on expansion, retention, and referrals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across systems, locations, and services.
• Own the renewal process and engage customers early to keep agreements current.
• Source and track bid opportunities tied to your accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor and primary contact for customers regarding fire protection.
• Collaborate with service, installation, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Build, review, and coordinate proposals with internal teams.
• Keep activities and pipelines updated in HubSpot.
