Job summary

Fire Safety and Protection is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow our national footprint in life safety and security solutions. You will develop and manage client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and coordinate with our technical and project teams to deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions.

You will serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring exceptional service, timely responses, and achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling life safety and security products and services.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure compliant solutions.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Stay informed about NFPA/OSHA/UL standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
