Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Fire Account Executive to own a designated global account. You will drive sales of fire alarm and life safety solutions, manage executive relationships, and lead strategic planning to grow the account across multiple sites and regions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, proposal construction, and continuous improvement of service delivery. A track record in spec-driven sales and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fire solutions sales experience.
• Experience managing a dedicated or strategic account.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and Life Safety standards.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple levels of leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a dedicated, high-value global manufacturing account.
• Coordinate multi-site delivery and ensure consistent service.
• Lead strategic account planning and regular reviews with the customer.
• Develop and present proposals, business cases, and solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
