Job summary

Rystad Energy is seeking an Account Executive to expand relationships with existing clients in the Financial Sector, predominantly in the Southern United States. Location based out of Houston, TX with up to 50% travel nationally and occasional international trips.

You will leverage our research analysts and product specialists to grow revenue, manage relationships through CRM, and land new logos while sustaining high client satisfaction in a dynamic, global energy insights firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in market intelligence sales to the financial sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with procurement and senior management.
• Experience selling research, data, software or consulting services.
• Experience with energy-focused data is highly desirable.
• Ability to quickly build and leverage networks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed annual sales targets through new and existing client relationships.
• Develop opportunities across North America in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management and other financial sectors.
• Present the company and services at conferences and client sites.
• Understand client needs and articulate a compelling value proposition.
• Manage CRM interactions and provide feedback on product enhancements.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
