Job summary

Electric Power Engineers, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to drive strategic growth and deepen client relationships across a portfolio of energy clients. This is an active business development role that uncovers opportunities, cross-sells capabilities, and engages the appropriate technical and executive resources to advance deals.

You will develop account strategies, plan annual growth, and maintain a disciplined pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Proven track record in enterprise account management and new business development.
Experience in energy/utility or engineering services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own organic business development and growth within assigned accounts.
Proactively identify client needs and opportunities beyond incoming requests.
Create qualified opportunities through client conversations, intelligence, and market signals.
Maintain ownership and visibility of opportunities, pipeline, and forecast.
Lead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) with key stakeholders and executives.
Coordinate client outreach across EPE and bring in appropriate resources.
