Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions) to drive multi-state territory engagements with law enforcement agencies. The role emphasizes strategic advisory capabilities and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on expanding partner relationships, including the Skydio collaboration.

You will own account strategy, develop active customer networks, forecast opportunities, and work 60% travel within a remote Northeast territory,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell to domestic law enforcement.
• Partner with Axon sales team as functional expert on the Air program.
• Leverage alerts, RFPs, and sources to generate leads and opportunities.
• Be customer-centric: know customer business/workflows and build contact networks.
• Develop and execute account strategy with team to deliver strong value propositions.
• Forecast and update account management, monitor competitors, inform marketing.
