Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions) to drive high-impact engagements with law enforcement across a remote territory. You will partner with the Key Account Leader to deliver integrated, real-time outcomes and manage critical partner relationships, including Axon’s Skydio partnership.

Location: Remote in territory; travel 60%+; you will develop account strategies, forecast activity, and leverage CRM tools to maximize growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Highly proficient computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to travel 60%+ within territory.
• Strong understanding of drones, cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Ability to win accounts and grow existing ones.
• End-to-end sales process experience: prospecting, discovery, objections, closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell to domestic law enforcement across territory.
• Partner with the Axon sales team as an expert on the Air program.
• Leverage alerts, RFPs, and sources to generate leads and pursue opportunities.
• Be customer-centric, build a contact network, and drive customer happiness.
• Develop and execute account strategy with team to deliver stronger value propositions.
• Forecast and update account management activities; monitor competitor activity.
• Track customer activity in Salesforce and internal systems to execute strategy.
