Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions) who will drive complex engagements with law enforcement agencies. You will be a strategic advisor, managing key partner relationships including the Skydio partnership to deliver real-time outcomes.

You will work with the Sales Director to develop account strategies, forecast activity, and expand opportunities across a multi-state territory while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in a SaaS account executive role.
• Strong ability to prospect, discover, and close.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Axon's Air products to sell to domestic law enforcement.
• Partner with the Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program.
• Leverage alerts, RFPs and sources to generate leads and opportunities.
• Be customer-centric, build contact networks and drive customer happiness.
• Develop and execute account strategy with the team for stronger value propositions.
• Forecast, update account management, monitor competitors, and feed marketing.
• Track customer activity in Salesforce to identify additional opportunities.
