Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions) to partner with the Key Account Leader and drive complex engagements with law enforcement. Location: Remote in territory, travel 60%+. You’ll advise senior public safety leaders and manage key partner relationships to deliver real-time operational outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS AE, strong CRM experience, and the ability to win new accounts while growing existing ones. Travel ~60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills.
• Willingness to travel ~60% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products and technology offerings for domestic law enforcement.
• Partner with the Axon sales team to sell Air as a defined offering.
• Leverage alerts, RFPs, and sources to generate leads and pursue opportunities.
• Build customer networks and relationships to drive satisfaction and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account strategy with cross-functional teams to maximize value.
• Forecast activity, manage accounts, and provide market feedback for improvements.
• Track customer activity in Salesforce and internal systems to drive strategy.
