Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions) to partner with the Key Account Leader and drive complex engagements with law enforcement agencies across the US. This remote role requires travel ~60% and strong consultative selling to deploy drone, cloud, and DFR solutions, with strategic account planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Willing to travel 60% or more within your territory (3-4 days a week, including overnights).
• Strong understanding of drones, cloud and virtualization technology.
• Able to strategically approach and win accounts as well as continue to grow or expand existing accounts.
• Standout colleague that helps support teammates to reach success.
• Solutions / Consultative sales process to ensure right fit and long-term success.
• End to end sales process experience - especially strong in prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing accounts.

Responsabilités

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Axon's Air offerings to sell into domestic law enforcement agencies.
• Partner with the Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program.
• Leverage alerts, RFPs, and sources to generate leads and opportunities.
• Be customer-centric, map customer workflows, and build contact networks to drive satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account strategy with cross-functional teams for stronger value propositions.
• Make forecast predictions and update management; monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to marketing.
• Track customer activity in Salesforce and other systems to identify opportunities.
