Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic sales team driving growth while upholding our colleague-first culture.

With a strong focus on pipeline development, proposals, and closing, you will work across markets including healthcare, data centers, utilities, and government to protect lives and assets with industry-leading security solutions.

Qualifikationen

• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years sales or equivalent.
• Strong affinity for problem solving and customer service.

Aufgaben

• Account Development: sell to dedicated accounts and grow profitability.
• Develop Pipeline: engage decision makers, build business case, handle objections.
• Proposal Construction: lead the pursuit team to create winning proposals.
• Presenting & Closing: present proposals to decision makers and finalize negotiations.
• Market Focus: identify opportunities in assigned markets (global accounts, utilities, healthcare, data centers, gov)
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: work with designers/estimators, sales engineers, PMs, and partners.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
