Job summary

CoStar Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Account Executive for CoStar Data & Analytics to drive new business and grow a client portfolio through the value of CoStar products.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals—building relationships with brokers, owners, corporations, and other real estate professionals. A strong track record in B2B sales and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Driving record check prior to start.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and expand your portfolio of clients.
• Effectively manage and grow your client base.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate relationships.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewals.
