CoStar Group is hiring an Account Executive in the United States to sell new business and grow a client portfolio within the commercial real estate market. This consultative role emphasizes building lasting relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Current valid driver’s license and driving record check.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and manage an expanding client portfolio.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the commercial real estate market.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing and renewal.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, and investors.
• Represent CoStar at industry events as a brand ambassador.
