Job summary

CoStar Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Account Executive for CoStar Data & Analytics to drive new business and expand a client portfolio. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with brokers, owners, corporations, and other CRE professionals, and demonstrate CoStar’s data-driven solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.
• Current and valid driver’s license with driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Sell New Business: identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Account Management: manage and grow your portfolio of clients.
• End-to-End Sales Process: handle prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, and renewals.
• Building Relationships: conduct in-person meetings and product demos with CRE professionals.
• Brand Ambassador: represent CoStar at industry events and build a professional network.
