As a Core Account Executive, you will own strategic account plans, act as a business partner to customers and internal teams, and advise on growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in strategic account management, consultative sales, or business operations roles.
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment on complex business matters.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive account strategies aligned to customer goals.
• Evaluate data, usage trends, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Recommend account-specific engagement approaches and pricing within guidelines.
• Act as a strategic consultant translating business challenges into tailored solutions.
• Guide customers through solution evaluation and adoption planning for long-term value.
• Build executive-level relationships to support complex decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance and Sales Leadership to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Provide insights to improve processes and sales enablement.
• Oversee account planning, opportunity prioritization, and deal governance.
• Monitor outcomes and recommend strategic shifts when needed.
