Job summary

Zscaler is seeking an Account Executive to engage enterprise customers in the Japanese market, working under the Regional Director. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Enablement and Architecture teams to drive cloud security transformations and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will manage relationships with executives, craft strategic plans, and articulate how Zscaler cloud security solutions can create trusted partnerships and sustained value for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle software or security sales experience.
• Engagement with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders.
• Strategic sales experience across planning, execution and outcomes.
• Business-level Japanese language skills (reading/writing/conversation).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applying them to security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
• Design long-term account strategies aligned to customer goals.
• Create account plans reflecting customer needs through internal collaboration.
• Understand customers' business, set concrete goals, and propose Zscaler solutions as a trusted partner.
