Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions) to drive complex engagements with law enforcement agencies. You will advise senior public safety leaders, manage partner relations, and contribute to a strategic, cross-functional initiative.

Remote in territory with travel 60%+. You will work with the Key Account Leader to deploy drone and counter-drone solutions, grow existing accounts, and forecast opportunities across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Willing to travel 60%+ within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell to domestic law enforcement agencies.
• Collaborate with the Axon sales team to position Air as a focused offering.
• Leverage alerts, RFPs and other sources to generate leads and opportunities.
• Be customer-centric, map customer workflows, build contact networks, and drive satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account strategy with the team for stronger value propositions.
• Forecast activity, update account management, monitor competitors, and inform marketing.
