Ladders is assisting a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space by seeking an Account Director, Utility who will own strategic relationships with a key utility customer and drive account growth. This remote role requires disciplined sales execution and cross-functional collaboration to advance complex initiatives.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates; no visa sponsorship. Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 annually.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business discipline required.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales, preferably in energy.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization and CRM-based sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall relationship with a strategic utility account.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer initiatives.
• Identify and advance opportunities that increase customer value.
• Lead complex commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Monitor satisfaction and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
