Hitachi Energy USA Inc is seeking an Account Director, Utility to lead and grow a strategic utility relationship in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide account planning, and drive growth across the power and energy portfolio.

In this role, you will engage with customer executives, align business priorities with solutions, and manage performance, compliance, and risk while mentoring the account team.

Formación

• Requires work authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business discipline required.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer-facing sales roles, preferably in energy.
• Experience managing direct reports preferred.
• Exposure to multiple products, customers, geographies, or market segments.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed team environment.
• Experience with CRM, sales pursuits, stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with utility executives and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and business goals.
• Coordinate resources across multiple business units to deliver customer value.
• Identify, qualify, and advance growth opportunities within the assigned account.
• Facilitate complex commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support timely resolution of issues.
• Support capture planning, opportunity development, and strategic project pursuits.
• Coach and coordinate account team members for effective execution and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
