Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales roles, preferably within the energy industry.
• Experience managing direct reports is preferred.
• Experience with multiple products, customers, geographies, or market segments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with utility executives and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and business goals.
• Coordinate resources across multiple business units to deliver customer value.
• Identify, qualify, and advance growth opportunities within the assigned account.
• Facilitate complex commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support timely resolution of significant issues.
• Support capture planning, opportunity development, and strategic project pursuits.
• Coach and coordinate account team members to ensure effective execution and customer engagement.
