• Reviews research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate customer attitudes into services.
• Consults with development teams on market requirements and product features.
• Communicates strategies across marketing, operations, communications, sales, and employee satisfaction from assigned customer to executive team.
• Coordinates with corporate growth plan and aligns strategy.
• Works with other departments on pricing, positioning, and packaging.
• May be required to drive to customer sites or facilities to perform essential duties.
