Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a proactive Account Development Manager to drive Service, Rental and Used Equipment sales by identifying new customer leads and building lasting relationships. The role requires daily travel within the assigned territory and close collaboration with branch managers, sales account managers and internal product experts to close deals.

You will manage quotes, follow pricing rules, and expand the customer base while providing expert rental solutions based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or two+ years of sales experience and/or training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; proven inside/outside sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools and basic BI reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Create Service, Rental, Used and other quotes.
• Coordinate with branch and regional managers to align priorities.
• Expand reach through prospecting and follow-up of leads.
• Log activities and opportunities in Salesforce and generate reports.
