Job summary

LiftOne is seeking an Account Development Manager to drive Service, Rental, Used Equipment, and other revenue by identifying new customer leads, building relationships with prospects and existing customers, and providing tailored solutions.

The role requires coordinating with branch and regional managers, cross-functional teams, and delivering quotes from quote to contract, with daily travel within the assigned territory to grow and protect LiftOne's market share.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of sales experience.
• Fast-paced, service-oriented environment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone presence with many daily calls.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Create quotes for service, rental, used equipment.
• Provide accurate information to support equipment delivery.
• Travel daily within assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Log daily calls and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Prepare periodic sales reports.
