Job summary

LiftOne is seeking an Account Development Manager to drive Service, Rental, Used Equipment revenue by identifying new customer leads and expanding relationships with customers in the assigned territory. You will coordinate with branch and regional teams to close deals and ensure quality delivery.

The role requires strong customer service skills, experience in inside/outside sales, high activity, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or two or more years of sales experience and/or training.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven inside sales experience and track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to communicate the “Value Added” concept to customers at all levels.
• Highly organized.
• Driving is an essential function and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Service, Rental, Used Equipment and other revenue by identifying new customer leads and building relationships.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers, Regional Sales Managers and internal teams to close equipment deals.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects and manage territory.
• Log calls and opportunities in Salesforce and prepare periodic management reports.
