Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Manager In Training to grow into a Store Leader. You will work with training managers to learn daily operations, staffing, and guest service excellence across shifts and locations.

You will support the Store Manager, supervise team members, ensure product availability, and help maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. This role offers full-time hours and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership preferred (1 year).
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team (training, scheduling, coaching).
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and maintain 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and uphold cash handling standards.
• Support Store Manager and district leadership and perform other duties as assigned.
